Natural pre-vulcanized latex takes time, temperature, and internal tank pressure properly, which needs a long time to be well experienced. Besides, second-hand raw materials are not allowed in production. Some manufacturers hold that second-hand raw materials are allowable price-friendly to the production of black rubber gloves in good quality and shapes. Without considering second-hand raw materials’ sources and quality, that doesn’t agree with our stance that natural latex is strict on vulcanizing time; mothballing condition, volatile temperature, etc. will affect the vulcanizing process of second-hand raw materials without curing agents, which causes problems related to aging resistance, and shaping.
2. Washing/Warming mold
Rubber gloves are produced in ceramic molds. Various agents like mold discharging agent, French white, etc. They may have direct effects on next round of manufacturing after the former round. Importantly, molds need washing, meanwhile, their temperature needs controlling, which affects shaping process, and molds will be broken due to violently volatile temperature.
Immersing time decides the thickness of rubber gloves. To make it the best elasticity, single immersing time should be shortened, and times on immersing should be increased. Such can make latex fully vulcanized, and shaped. Three times immersion are the rubber gloves, particularly the extra-thick industrial rubber gloves, we produce.
Rubber gloves are put into temperature-proper ovens to store after immersion, and temperature too high or too low will cause cross-links broken and inadequate vulcanization.
It’s a costly part of the production line, but a vital one to rubber gloves. Many manufacturers take no consideration into such part for capital’s sake. Chlorinating has put rubber gloves into a chlorinating tank in which chlorinating agent is added to process them. During chlorination, protecting cover will take shape on rubber gloves.
